Individual Therapy for Teens & Adults
A Space to Reflect, Heal, and Weave Meaning
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined. Sometimes, the threads of our lives become tangled—grief, anxiety, identity struggles, or major life changes pulling us in different directions. It can feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and gently begin the process of untangling. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and begin to understand, heal, and reweave your story in a way that feels more aligned and grounded. I offer individual therapy for teens and adults—rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and genuine connection. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, a transition, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone.

What Is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can slow down, reflect, and be met with care. It’s a supportive and confidential relationship where we explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and values.
Together, we’ll work to build emotional insight, develop resilience, and uncover new ways to move forward. It’s not about having all the answers—it’s about creating space for your story to unfold, one thread at a time.
For Teens
Being a teenager can feel like you’re being pulled in every direction—by school, friends, family, and even your own expectations. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of how to explain what’s going on inside.
Therapy is a space where you don’t need to have it all figured out. It’s a place to explore your thoughts and feelings, understand yourself more deeply, and feel more in control of your story.
You don’t have to go through it alone.
For Adults
Sometimes the past echoes into the present—in the form of stress, perfectionism, relationship struggles, or that quiet sense of “not being enough.” Maybe you're moving through a transition, grieving a loss, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want.
Therapy offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, your values, and your voice.
Together, we can begin to untangle what’s been holding you back and start weaving a life that feels more grounded, more intentional, more you.
